3. Contact the tutors of classes you wish to take, and get on their class roster!
4. Contact the tutor(s) with any questions about required books, alternate payment plans, etc. Note: Several of the tutors REQUIRE that parents call early in order to acquire necessary materials. Read the descriptions carefully!
6. ALL FORMS WILL BE FILLED OUT ON-LINE
(one per Medical Release Form per student)
8. You and your students are required to watch the Orientation Video.
Please let your Tutor know what size t-shirt your child needs. They will receive their t-shirt in class on the first day.
Every student will be required to wear the HERC t-shirt while on campus for classes and other activities. One will be provided per family with HERC membership, and additional shirts will be available for purchase at $15 each.

You may become a HERC Member, Register and fill out forms on-line any time up until August 31, 2025.
Late Registration (an additional $25 fee) runs from September 1 to September 4th
